Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time.

- Thomas Merton

A daily schedule suggestion

  1. Watch the video for your session.

  2. Set up your supplies for your project.

  3. Settle yourself into a time of meditation before painting. This is a time to breathe, ground yourself, and set aside your busy mind.

  4. Begin your project. Occasionaly, step back and look at your work. Are you in the moment? Are you letting your intuition work?

  5. Stop when you feel you are beginning to fix things or the flow of the experience is wanning.

  6. Reflect on what the painting experience was like for the day. I suggest recording your reflections in journal form. You might find it very valuable to read your reflections at the end of this workshop.
